REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON JANUARY 2023
Registration for Double8 is 40€ per person for the individual MTB and eMTB formats. For 2-person relay teams, the price is 70€ for the team.
The registration includes: a bib and bike frame plate, the competitor’s gift, race refreshments, equipment logistics and a finisher’s gift where relevant. A participation fee for the maintenance and upkeep of the trails is also included in the price.
Entrants can register on-line with secure payment by credit card.
A medical certificate confirming no contraindication for the practice of mountain biking in competition, or a valid license is required to validate the registration. You can upload a model of certificate here
Cancellation insurance
At the end of your online registration, we suggest that you take out cancellation insurance in the event of an unforeseeable and / or accidental impossibility to participate in the event, simply go back to your runner’s space and request a refund. You will be reimbursed automatically in the days following the event and without having to provide proof!
The Participant Cancellation Insurance option is available on the basket summary page only at the time of registration (it is impossible to take out insurance retrospectively). As a reminder, insurance is not transferred in the event of a change of competition, nor in the event of transfer of registration to another participant.
Refund conditions for the participant:
– 80% of the registration fee
– covers all causes, without proof, Covid-19 infection included
– withdrawal of insurance possible until the day before the bibs are collected
– reimbursement within 72 hours
– available worldwide
– no minimum amount for the insurance premium (only the%)
– valid for registrations between € 1 and € 4000
